agreements regulating the property relations of spouses and persons living in a "civil" marriage (marriage contract, agreement on the division of marital property, an agreement on the allocation of the share of one of the spouses from the entire property of the spouses, an agreement on determining the order of property use and others);

alimony contracts (agreement between the child's parents on the payment of alimony, an agreement on the termination of the right to alimony for the child in connection with the transfer of ownership of real estate), agreements on determining the child's place of residence and the order of communication with the child of one of the parents, who lives separately;

support in pre-trial dispute resolution procedures, in the negotiation process, representation of clients' interests in courts at all instances (including appeals and cassation appeals) and other state bodies on family law issues, services for drafting a settlement agreement within the framework of court cases on family disputes ;
